Oakmere Detailing – Client Policy Agreement
Welcome to the Oakmere Family. We are committed to delivering an elevated standard of service through professionalism, consistency, and care. The following policies are designed to ensure transparency and satisfaction in every detail.
1. Payment Terms
Full payment is required prior to all service appointments.
Services will not be rendered unless payment is received in advance.
2. Proof of Service
Our technicians will provide before-and-after photographic documentation of each service visit.
These photos will be reviewed with the client before departure to ensure satisfaction and transparency.
3. Service Scope & Revisions
Service visits are limited to the selected package scope. Clients may not request additional services during the scheduled visit.
If a client is dissatisfied, we are happy to revisit any component within their selected package to meet expectations (within reason).
For requests beyond the package:
A $50 consultation/quote fee will apply.
A follow-up appointment will be scheduled.
A $150 one-time service fee will be required for completion of the approved additional service.
4. Membership Cancellation Policy
Memberships can be canceled at any time.
Cancellations submitted before the 27th of the month will incur no fees.
Cancellations submitted on or after the 27th will be subject to a $75 late cancellation fee.
